Went to the above with my two kids and dh last weekend, not expecting much, but it was great!!
There's a telecomms room with lots of phone exchanges that work so the kids loved ringing each other; a Victorian farmhouse including classroom, living room with Vistocian toys, kitchen with range at which you can toast some bread on a toasting fork, row of Vistorian shops, a chapel where you can do brass rubbings, a transport hall, farm machinery and a great cafe!!
Lots of hand-on stuff for the kids, helpful guides - big thumbs up from us! :) It's at mkmuseum.org.uk/
