We have just booked a house in Normandy in the summer hols and are crossing from Newhaven to Dieppe (seems the cheapest). We would like to extend the week by having a couple of nights somewhere nearish to Dieppe (thursday ferries are cheaper).
Can anyone recommend anywhere, either coastal or inland, that would suit family with two smalls (1.5 and 6yrs)? Ideally I'd like to find somewhere small, traditional and welcoming of kids.
Also, what does one do with smalls on 4 hr ferry crossing?????
