Loire Valley - Family frendly accommodation

Hello
I wondered if anyone could recommend somewhere to stay in the Loire Valley. Ideally want somewhere where there will be other children, ability to self cater and a pool so thinking Gites or holiday park. Max budget for week is £1000. Don't want anything too crusty and musty but don't mind character. Any ideas much appreciated.

I can't really recommend this as such as we have not stayed there yet, but we have booked a week here beginning of July. We mainly booked as it has an 18 hole golf course, and we could book Wednesday to Wednesday, but it may be of interest to you. It was very cheap, special offer for 7 nights at 340 euro (possibly suspiciously cheap ), and tripadvisor reviews are a bit hit and miss but nothing that would put me off. It is in a good position for exploring the area.

We stayed in a mobile home and I can honestly say it is the best holiday we have had since having the kids. Lots of other families so the kids had other children to play with. The pool was really clean and well equipped. The site had plenty of facilities, but was friendly and family oriented, so quiet at night. I would really recommend it.
