Direct or one stop to Boston

We (DH, DD age 1, and myself) are flying to Boston in Sept. To set the scene DD is very experienced (2x 24 hour flights to NZ) at flying and a good traveller. I've been looking at prices and it's at least half the price if you go London via Dublin or Iceland rather than direct. If we did that we could get her her own seat, thought and advice please. Smile

If finances allow always fly direct. Any stopover takes up even more time and you will have to deplane so cheap is not always cheerful. It does not take very many hours to fly to Boston (think its around 7) from the UK anyway.

We lived in Boston for a few years so tried every option re flying. I'd say direct all the way if you can afford it. It really is only a very short flight but once you include stops & potential delays it makes it seem so much further. Enjoy as I'm v jealous, I love Boston!!
