Suncream for 6 month old baby for Marrakech holiday in March?

What SPF will she need? Temperature seems very variable in March, but average is 22 degrees C. Obviously want to prepare for it being hot too just in case. Is factor 25 ok?

Take the highest factor you can find, eg 50: it's not about temperature but ultraviolet light, so she could still get burned on a cold bright day.

You can ge a special baby SPF 50 from Boots (own band). They recomend over 25 in the UK, so 50 sounds about right.

Have a nice time.

Thanks, will take an SPF 50 then!

Best to cover her up and put a sun hat on her and stay in the shade!

We used to put ours in what we called the scabby baby groes - long sleeve vest type ones so made of cotton so even when it was warm they had arms and neck covered. on the bottom i had some cotton trousers made by me from scraps of material and sewn badly but good enough as a cover up. we also had a hat with flap down the back and stroller with umbrella. covering up is always better than relying on suncreme imo.
