Does anyone know of anywhere.. been on one etc?

Am mulling over the possibility of trying to save for us to go away for a week in the summer and quite fancy the IOW as have never been and have heard it's nice.. but can't (yet) face trawling through dozens and dozens of sites featuring loads of expensive places that inappropriate for DS2's needs (he has CP and uses a wheelchair.)

So am trying the Power of MN first.

Thanking you in advance for any info..

Doesn't actually have to be IOW.. just fancied it. Any info on cheap/disabled friendly holiday places to stay in this country would be much appreciated for consideration!

I saw a thread about Park Resorts on MN and we have booked for a week on the I0W. Looks lovely.

Can you link Kate? Or tell me where/when it was?

Sorry SleepyJess only just seen this. I don't know how to link but if you google Park Resorts it comes up. The thread is somewhere in Travel if you search by topic.

hiya, just wanted to tell you that the IOW is beautiful and has loads of lovely little beaches and bays to explore, the sand is lovely!! Happy Holiday!!

p.s. Shanklin is gorgeous - lots of lovely thatched pubs!!

Thanks Browny-we're really looking forward to it. Never been there before and the holiday park is near Shanklin.
