Do you mean early entry as in 'extra magic hours'? This where you get two hours extra in Fantasy Land where most of the rides are open plus Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear in Discoveryland are also open. You get to go in at 8 am rather than 10 am if you are staying in a Disney Hotel.

I don't konw, just read on here somewhere that some hotels offer them as part of the package?

You get them if you stay in an official Disney hotel, and they are just as described. You get to go into the park 2 hours earlier than other people, though not all the rides are open.
