Apartment recommendations in Brussels

We are looking at a holiday in Belgium at the end of April and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a family friendly apartment etc.

The citadines aparthotel at Ste Catherine is very central. We stayed there whilst househunting in Brussels.

How many are there of you? Do you have a max budget?

3 adults a toddler and a baby. No max budget but would like cheap as possible.

All the ones I have found so far are horrendously expensive - more that £1000 for a week! Bruges has more choice.....
