Disney Paris hotel advice

Hi

Ok so going to go in September
Which hotel shall we stay in?

Also do any of them have partition rooms or sliding doors or something where we can put our 3 year old to bed but we can still watch tv etc

Watching with interest...we have a 4yr old and 2 yr old and don't relish the though of sharing a room with them!

Explorers hotel is good. We stayed just after it opened a few years back. It's on the outskirts of the site (courtesy buses provided all day), lovely pool and the hotel rooms have crew rooms attached to them for the kids so you can just shut the door when they go to bed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate in the main restaurant a couple of nights which was lovely too. Have a great time when you go say hi to Eeyore from me!

We go to the Davy Crockett ranch, which has caravans with seperate bunk rooms. You need a car though as there is no transport to the parks from it.

Was going to recommend Explorers too. We have stayed there twice and it has worked out really well. It is also good for the evenings - a nice play area in the bar/restaurant area.

Did look at the ranch before but we are flying and don't really want to hire a car just to get to the parks

Explorer hotel was FAB.

with explorers you won't get the early entry to disney, it makes all the difference.

I'd say davy crockett, it has the best pool in the resort... and you can sit in the lounge, or out on the decking in the evenings. you have to fly?

Or, stay onsite hotel and just put up with one room, hopefully they'll be so zonked by the parks they'll go straight off.

Yes I really liked the idea of the ranch too but just think it will be impractical without a car
Don't mind paying a bit more at another hotel if I get the room thing
But everyone seems to say explorers so will def be looking at that one

We stayed one night at the cheyenne due to flying earlier because of planned air strikes. We got early entry as it was a disney hotel. Imo early entry isnt worth it. We went in oct hols. Queues were not huge throughout the week. When we went in early we found that although each area was open, key rides in it did not open til later.

Depends on age of your little ones and time of year I guess but we have been several times and I would definately say the early hours was off benefit especially in busy periods. At least our children could get on 4 or 5 rides before the park started getting really busy and they had to join big queues.
Think Newport bay do family rooms that sleep up to 6 but not sure if there Is separate room all if it's all in one bedroom?

Davy Crockett for space - anything above that is all one room, IME - apart from Explorers, which also needs a car, doesn't it?

I am intruiged by the concept of doing stuff back at the hotel in the evening - our DC want to spend every waking moment in the parks, and go back to the hotel to sleep (if they don't fall asleep on the way back) - DH and I want a bar where we can get a couple of drinks to take back to the room - that's about it, really...

Explorers has a shutle bus provided. We had a large bedroom with two doubles and a seperate little bedroom off it with bunks for our 2 dc.

The Magic Circus hotel has a double bed with bunks,the bunks have a curtain (& it's own little tv).
Our trip seems to be getting more expensive as I look into it.

We've stayed in both the New York and Sequioa Lodge, both times it's been two double beds per room, but you spend so little time in there it's not been an issue. If you are back at the hotel early there's a childrens play room next to the bar, or what we usually do is just share bottle of wine back in the room once DS is asleep. Between those two I'd go back to the Sequoia Lodge, it was better value for money, no further away from the village/park and the swimming pool had a slide which DS loved.
