Affordable afternoon/High Tea in London with 7 month old

I might be pushing my luck here but we are meeting some family in London on Thursday and afternoon tea would be the ideal time for us to meet up so I was musing if there was somewhere that did afternoon tea for a reasonable price and could accomodate a baby in a pushchair or has highchairs?

I've had a search and the The Ritz, Savoy options are super pricey and overly fancy for what I'm after!

Is there anywhere that does a nice (and cheapish) afternoon tea that would suit for around £15-£20 per person?

I've always fancied going for afternoon tea in London and have spent hours looked at Fortnum & Mason before but not actually been yet! They have several different options and seem to fall into your price bracket for some of them! In the parlour they also have a tots menu so I'm guessing they'd be fairly child friendly too! Be interested to know how you get on as I'm due my first DC in May and would love for my DH to organise something like this for my birthday in late June (if I'm in a fit state to leave the house and get on the tube that is!!)
