Looking for an apartment in Paris for end of June/July? Any advice or names of agencies much appreciated. (We will be there for work not holiday unfortunately).

A friend recommended this site to me www.parisautrement.com as she's stayed with them before. They're not as expensive as you'd think by looking at them (I think the decor is lush) and they're all really centrally located in le Marais district.

I've just booked Fou de Toit for half term week for 118 Euros a night for 2+2. It's a tiny apartment at 30m2 Shock but has two beds (so no sleeping on the sofabed) and is only a few blocks from the Hotel de Ville batobus stop, so in a fab location.

I tend to book direct with the owner with Pure Holiday Homes and I see they have owners in Paris with seemingly reasonable rates

I'm going to Paris the first week of June - so will check out all of these - perfect thread for me. But I was also wondering about which area? Montmartre seems much more cheap affordable, but am I right in thinking it's a bit rough around the edges? My preference I think would be Marais or Latin quarter but any recommendations would be great.
