Has anyone used this? Think it'd be safer for DD than taxi sans car seat, but am unsure if it's up and running. We're staying near its terminus, so would be very handy indeed.

Yes, I used it in December and was great, v cheap! As BKK is basically a giant carpark I avoided taxis as much as possible. Not a huge amount of seats but plenty of standing room.
