judging by the gorgeous houses I am very tempted ,but not sure anyone would want my 4 bed house on a modern estate albeit in beautiful area

There's a new House swap thing being launched in a few days though isn't there ? I thought it would be separate to the classified section, have I got the wrong end of the stick ?

Ours is in suffolk near a lovely national trust park but in a rather underwhelming village! Where are you?

We're in West Yorkshire, a few miles outside Leeds, in what could also be deemed an 'underwhelming village'. There are some lovely things to do nearby though.
