Been twice stayed in two different hotels, not on site but within walking distance, I never did any big rides as I was pregnant 1st time and had a 2 year old second time, I enjoyed it and DD thought it was great, park tickets were very reasonable and I believe there is a water park there too. We went in May and it was quiet DD got one ride to herself and the lady didn't seem to want to let her off.

We went a few years ago before the hotel was built. Kids were 7, 4 and 18mths. They had a great time. There are quite a few little rides but it depends if your child is a big two. We found them very hot on checking and there is usually a special small person seat on rides.

I think the water park is Aqualeon, we went there has a safari park which you travel round on a red london bus.

thank you for your advice..have found a good deal to stay in the Portaventura hotel..so I think I am gonna go for it.We went to Spain last year and my daughter was very bored,so we figured at least if we have got something to look at and do we can all be a bit happier!and take it in shifts for the big rides!
