Somewhere warm in Feb with a 3 month old baby

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of where would be good to go in Feb / March with a 3 month old baby. We'd like somewhere warm, but want to keep travel ideally to a minimum. Maximum would be about an 8 hour flight, and we would like to find somewhere not to developed. Were wondering about Fuerteventura in the Canaries, or either Trinidad / Tobago. Anyone been to any of these with small children, or any other ideas?
Thanks a lot

Was ready with my reply until you said 'not too developed' - always choose very developed with young kids, in case they get ill etc...

Fuerte is nice. Lots of sand dunes. Not much else

Red Sea, Egypt is great. Went to Taba over Christmas with 10 week old and 21 month old. Great for snorkelling!! Not too developed yet.
