People who have been to Lapland ( or anywhere else very cold for 4 days/3 nights)

What did you pack in the way of thermals/ clothes to go under your snow suits?
We leave in 2 weeks and I'm wondering if
1/ we will need one, or two pairs of thermals
and
2/ what sort of clothes should we wear over out thermals? Do we need to tak a change of 'good' clothes too , or is it all casual?
We are going with Esprit if it helps at all.

How long are you going for? Don't think you would need more than one pair of thermals! We were there last week for the day and it was about -6 not so bad if your used to skiing.

Just seen the full title ! one set of thermals will be grand! I would expect it to be very casual! That's what we found.
