MIL's and her partner have three RCI weeks and he always did the bookings, admin etc. He died two weeks ago and she has asked me to look into the paperwork etc. It seems there is one week that needs something doing with it by tomorrow or they lose it. MIL has given me the log in information but as yet, I can't actually speak to RCI until they get her letter confirming that she gives authority. Can anyone help please? I'm normally fairly good at getting to grips with things like this but i really cannot see what I need to do yet at all
