first choice hol village - best one in your opinion is?

really tempted to go to one due to facilities etc... School Summer hols in 2012 which would you recommend and why?

Turkey is fab but a bit isolated if you like to be in a big resort, Spain looks amazing for kids but dp won't go to Spain, we've booked to go to the Egypt one in aug 2012 as it gets such good reviews and ds1 loved the turkey one.

The one in Menorca is brand new and we are looking at that in September.

I'd never go to Egypt in August. I have done Dubai at that time of year and it is so hot it is unpleasant.

The big spanish ones (and this is only what I have been told through my research) can attract the football top, pint of lager at breakfast crowd but I have no experience myself.

We are going to the Tenerife on February.
