How do you find out about good Xmas things to do with children?

Just that really. I have a 3yo and an 8mo - we live in Cheshire. Are there websites which tell you where there are Xmas events on?

I Googled my city and Christmas for council run events, like switching on of lights and Santa parade.

Now.... I'm almost afraid to say it... But Netmums local. Just about the only reason I remain a member. My local listings for whats on and things to do are quite good.

And also local children's library if you have one. Usually have a posters up there.
