We are in the process of buying a fantastic 2 bed duplex apartment with fantastic terraces in Elviria, Costa Del Sol which we are looking to rent out. As we have 2 children of our own both under 4 we have tried to kit it out as child friendly as possible, ie cot, high chair, stair gate, some toys etc. It is also only 5 minutes drive to a fantastic flat beach with bar ideal for a quick drink whilst the kids dig for treasure! The complex itself has 5 different pools and also grounds to play in. Don't know if I am allowed to do this but if anyone interested let me know & I can send photos & further info ie prices etc.
