Talk to me about Tunisia in early June.

We have been given a good price for an AI holiday for half term but is it any good?

Is the weather too hot and would it be suitable for an 11yo, 7yo and 5yo.

Otherwise any other suggestions for around the £2k mark.

We went in May about 7 years ago, to a 3* AI place and.... it was awful.

The weather was crap, (you will probably be OK in June) and because the season hadn't started properly, there wasn't much to do when it rained. They wouldn't even turn on the outside lights so we could sit on our balcony when our DS had gone to bed.

Also, a man accosted us on the beach one day and gave our DS a "free" toy camel. We didn't want it, but he wouldn't take "no" for an answer, and then he asked us for the equivalent of £20 for it .

Based on my experience, there is a reason why Tunisia is "cheap" compared to other places, and I won't ever go back. Sorry.

I've made my mind up and we're not going to Tunisia, reading trip advisor cartain things also didn't sit well.

So all being well we're off to Majorca.
