Accommodation in Singapore

Any suggestions for reasonable hotel stays - have 1 dd who will be almost 2 at the time.

Close to transport and in a touristy / interesting district

Try the crown Prince on Orchard Road. or Pheonix Hotel. They are right in the heart of the shopping district .
Mandarin Hotel is also a good one. Generally prices once converted from GBP are usually reasonable. ( approx 60 pounds a night) The above hotels are all 4**s

Otherwise , try the YMCA near Dhoby Ghaut . They are also in the heart of the city.
