what do you think of holiday lettings?

is it worth renting out the property as a holiday lettings?i need to generate a bit of income these days.how can I find people,i found some websides to advertise as a holiday homes.Has anyone have any ideas?

I had a Holiday home in Camber Sands which we've now moved into from London. Primarily it was used at the weekend by us but we rented it out occasionally. Luckily Camber is set up for holiday lets with a number of cleaning companies able to deal with the checkin and checkouts.

We also advertised on gumtree and also tried holidaylettings.co.uk which were quite good in terms of interest generated.
