Has anyone actually taken a car seat on an easyjet flight NOT IN THE HOLD?

I have been googling to try and find an answer. I know many of you will come one and tell me I don't need to and I know that.

But I am curious now - has anyone ever actually found a car seat that they can take onto the flight to strap their 2/3 year old in?

I'm sure you realise you need a car seat that fits within the dimensions of the aeroplane seat and can be secured with the aeroplane seat lap belt instead of a three point car seat belt. Is that what you meant? Which make of car seat fits?

I'll refrain from saying you don't need one. [hgrin]
