Day out for 3yr old twins and 13yr old triplets.......Londonish!

Hi my niece in Hertfordshire wants us to meet up next Thurs, I live nr Dover in Kent. Any ideas for a half-wayish meet up to amuse everyone and nice lunch for us adults please?

There are loads of nice places to eat on the South Bank that are v child friendly too.
