We are going to Florida and have 4 children - ds1 (8) dd (4) ds2 (4) & ds3 (2).

Ds1 is tall and doesn't need a car seat 138cm. DS3 has a 5 point harness seat.

DTs will be 4.8 and are in high backed boosters at home but also occasionally use booster seats.

Not sure whether to but booster seats & take them with use, use a boosterapack thingy by trunki or buy or hire them over there.

What have you done? What would you do please?

I think Florida law states than anyone over 3 does not require a car seat. We have taken booster seats in the past with us for free. Check with your airline. Your car hire company will rent them out also. Does your car hire package include them? Some policies include use of car seats.

I hope you are getting a mini van! Have fun!
