First holiday in hotel - can anyone recommend somewhere with a really good kids club?

We want to go abroad next year to somewhere warm - no real preferences where - not too far. but we want somewhere that has great facilities for children (they will be 3 and 4 yrs old). The children are quite reserved with people they do not know - I think they will be ok together but somewhere with a really good kids club and lots of good facilities for small children would be great. We would also like somewhere with really nice food, accomodation and not too big. Somewhere upmarket but not too ridiculously priced. Any help much appreciated.

First Choice Holidays have a few "holiday villages " for families
There are maybe 10 of them dotted around the Med and in Egypt. They are all-inclusive too. There's a brochure dedicated to them, or look online.
I've never been, but know a few people who have, and loved it.

The holiday villages are fab! We've been to turkey one and are going to the Egypt one next year and can't wait! The Spain one looks great too we passed it when staying at another hotel.

Our 6 year old cried and didn't want to leave!

Have you looked at Kinderhotels? Mainly in Germany and Austria rather than beach resorts but high quality accommodation/family rooms/child care/spas etc

Sensatori kids clubs are superb.
