40th Birthday Celebration escape!

Really need some ideas. We are a group of frazzled mums who have 3 nights to celebrate our 40th birthdays together without kids. We need luxury, not too long flight and a destination with upmarket shops, bars and restaurants.

loads of places... would be easier to narrow down if we knew which airport(s) you could travel from...

What about Nice in the South of France, we have just booked for our 10th Wedding Anniversary next year.
