Farm holidays in the north of england?

Can anyone recommend any nice s/c farm holidays that are a bit closer to the north than cornwall or wales? Ds's are 4 and 2 and would enjoy anywhere with plenty of space to run around, a playground and some animals. We would enjoy somewhere we can buy in food or go to local restaurants!

and found them to be good and generally as described.
