2 nights en Paris, 34 weeks pregnant

Me and DH having 2 nights away from our 2 DSs for mini break in Paris before number 3 arrives. Any suggestions on best things to do/places to eat/areas to stay? Not huge budget and obviously not to involve too much walking!!! Went for 3 nights 5 years ago and did whistle stop tour. Love to hear any suggestions you might have if you know Paris well.

Montmartre is lovely for a wander and some nice cafes. Don't do what I did though when I was pregnant - walk up the (v steep) hill! Think you can get there by Metro.
