Hoping to go here next June and still waiting for flights to become available from Manchester to La Rochelle. Does anyone happen to know when flights might become available? Also has anyone stayed at Interlude and if so what was it like and did you book direct and not via, for example, Eurocamp. Seems that you can book with Eurocamp for camping but we are looking at a mobile home. Would really appreciate hearing of experiences, thanks.

I stayed there 2 yrs ago and it was great, perfect for young families. We brought our own tent but most of the mobiles seemed to owned by the campsite. They were extremely professional to deal with: I'm not sure what if any advantage you'd get dealing with eurocamp, the campsite staff were very eager to speak English.

Access to the beach was fantastic, good onsite restaurant and an indoor pool which DS, 2, loved. Best bit was hiring bikes and never using the car as there are cycle lanes everywhere. Would really recommend it for young families. We were there in June though- ile de re gets jammed in Summer apparently.
