croatia with young family

never been before but have heard nice things about Croatia. just wondered if anyone can recommend a hotel geared towards young families (we have a 4 yr old and 1 yr old), ideally all inclusive?

Looking for somewhere with really good beaches for a family with teens. Want lots of local life, markets, restaurants, shops etc, but with pool and beach.
