Somewhere special for my 30th

Looking for somewhere special for me and DH to go for my 30th.

Willing to spend up to £2000 (including spends) for 2-4 nights in uk or Europe.

We want somewhere we can relax, enjoy good food in nice surroundings.

Flexible with dates.

Any suggestions?

Venice, hands down. It ain't cheap though.

Really hadn't considered Venice! Going to look into it now though thanks.
