Ordering formula at heathrow

hi I've ordered some formula cartons from heathrow t5 but have been told I can only collect them landside! I thought the idea was I could collect airside so not have to worry about them fitting in my luggage as too big liquid for hand luggage! Has anyone else had this problem?

There are 2 but they have different contact numbers.

There is also a landside Boots so may be you called them?
