Am considering booking with them for next September, will be four of us (2 ds's, nearly 3 and 6 months). Does anybody have any particular resort recommendations? Or alternative stress free holidays for little ones?

Thanks!

MW are brilliant - and even better with teenagers IMO. One MNetter is off to Egypt for christmas and we are going for New Year. Can't wait. Went to Paleros this summer and it was brilliant! Will be back next year. What you have got to realise (so you won't be disappointed) is although you are paying a LOT of money it is not really smart/posh accommodation - it is quite basic - but spotless. (Abus soma might be different as is based in 5 star hotel) Also, you could be anywhere as you are stuck with a lot of middle class families (lots of previous jokes about Boden and I have actually heard a father asking his teenage son "but what school does he go to?" ) eating fairly international food. Tendency is not to leave site. No real need to. We love it. Try it. Cruises are truly fantastic for families too.

hI!! Been MADLY busy at work and hardly any time for MN. Terrible!!! Can't believe holidays are so close. Had almost forgotten! We must arrange to meet up on our cross over day. Shoud put notice in Reception for intimate MN meet up lol. 2 things I was wondering and they may be covered here. Should we have had any injections and presumably we need currency. Had hoped to fit in some sun beds as am sickenly white but haven't managed yet. Also MUCH more flabby than I would have liked but feeling a bit white rabbitish at the moment. No time. No time.

currency see here

Don't know about injections

We just got a letter saying about mosquitoes...I thought there weren't any

motheroftwoboys · 16/12/2005 16:17

Egyptian dollars and credit card it is then.

Mosquitoes love me. I had better watch out. I don't suppose there will be in the rooms but I have got one of those plug in things.
We arrive at 1705 (unless the tiems have changed) on the 29th. Will you still be there?

I will be the white, hairy and flabby one. Unless I get my act together!
