Anywhere with great kids clubs at Xmas?

Is there anywhere you can go at xmas (ideally not as far as Caribbean) that is going to have the same level of structured childcare as somewhere like sunsail holidays, neilsons or Mark Warner (which have no non ski holidays for xmas)? Many thanks.

Maybe Club Med? Thats the only resort kind of place i can think of that isn't a ski holiday or a hotel kids club, like at the Pine Cliffs Sheraton in the Algarve. But the Algarve or the Canaries or Madeira won't be very warm if heat is what you're looking for, you'd need to head to Egypt or somewhere like that.
