Can anywhere recommend a hotel/b and b in the south east please?

We're looking to get away for a last minute 1 night splurge (in terms of doing something different rather than lots of money!) before school starts next week.

Can anyone recommend somewhere? It will need to be 2 family rooms as there are 6 of us. A swimming pool would be fab too.

Anyone? This is where the internet fails as it's such a minefield to search through all of the pages which then proof useless. Plus there are still some rather grim old fashioned b and b's out there!
