I'm looking for a bit of sun in the October holidays. Will I find any in Portugal?!

Depends year by year. Last year that week was mixed - some lovely days, some wet.

It does vary. We go a lot as we have a house there. I'd say it's worth a gamble Smile, it's unlikely to be dreadful and it'll certainly be warmer than the UK

It could be warm or wet. The sea and swimming pools are likely to be too cold by October.
I'd go further afield if warm sunshine is a priority.

Will be warm & should get plenty sun. Have been in November & it was still nice, not beach weather but sunny & warm, nice for exploring.

We got aparthotel with indoor heated pool last time we went out of season, perfect.

We had a lovely 10 days from the 10th October last year-was beach weather although sea slightly chilly!! Rained 1 afternoon sunny the rest of the holiday
