Does anyone know what the restaurants are like here - mainly, do they cater for small children and does it cost a fortune?

All I knew is if you want some warm milk for your child at bedtime it can be rather a hassle. You need to be very assertive and clear about what you want exactly. I think I paid £4 for 1/4 pint of milk, but it was worth it to get DS to sleep.
