Valencia - what are the must dos please?

We are going there on Tuesday with DS 9, and DD 8, so would love to know what the must-do things are and any recommendations for restaurants etc. TIA.

I used to live about an hour away and it is beautiful day & night, the best thing for the family would absolutely be the city of arts & sciences, amazing, with fantastic aquarium & show.

link below has some good info but dont think I can say anything bad at all, public transport great, the harbour, the reclaimed river bed gardens, churros & paella.

the science park/aquarium is fantastically, breathtakingly expensive! If you are going, get there early to get the value out of it.
