Does anyone know how to get from the Natural History Museum to the Imperial War museum in London. I'm taking Ds tomorrow but not sure about tubes. We will be arriving at Euston if that helps Confused Thanks

Hmm, not sure I would do both in one day! but you can get a bus directly from Euston to the Imperial War Museum, can't remember which one but it was very efficient when I went with DS's 1 to 3 :)

Also you can get a bus direct to South Ken from Euston

I don't know about South Ken to Vauxhall though.

I think the 360 goes from just up from the nat hist museum to the imperial.

www.tfl.gov.uk and use Journey Planner.

Use the advanced options if you want to avoid stairs or buses or whatever.
My guess would be Euston - Victoria to Green Park, Piccadilly to South Ken (Nat Hist), then District/Circle from SOuth Ken to Embankment, Bakerloo to Lambeth North (Imp War), but it may have better ideas.

The 59 goes from euston to lambeth i think?

Thanks, it doesn't have to be a bus, I just haven't got a clue which tube to get. Maybe the bus would be better. Can you buy a day ticket so we can hop on and off?

Just look on the journey planner on www.tfl.gov.uk

jimswifein1964 · 14/08/2011 20:54

Yep, buy a day bus pass if you're sure you wont want a tube, otherwise get a day travelcard.

whimsy · 14/08/2011 20:55

Thank you, I knew there must be some sort of planner :)
