Car seats less than 42cm wide

Hi there - we are flying with Thomas Cook and need a car seat that is less than 42cm wide - can anyone recommend one please? On looking I can't find one (although they haven't said if this is the base that needs to be that size or the widest point, but I don't want to turn up with a wrong sized one) so any help would be gratefully received.

In case it is of interest to anyone else I have found (what I think is the only!) car seat which is less than 42cm wide which is a Bebe Confort Iseos which is 41cm wide.
