Dh and I are travelling on the sleeper tonight to London. We've never done this before and wondered if they take your luggage away to a luggage carriage or do you keep your luggage with you? We're not getting a sleeping berth as they had sold out we're just in a carriage with reclining seats which is why we wondered.
I'm trying to work out what things I might need on the train so I can keep them in my hand bag rather than the suitcase if they take the luggage away.
