The aquarium? Cafe upstairs in Debenhams has a good sea view (of the rain lashing the windows).

Clambers play centre here to let off steam, will be really busy though.

My DS is at the aquarium today! (I'm at home mumsnetting working.)
He loved it last time.

The Smugglers Caves on the west hill - a little bit scary but fun!
The tuppeny amusement arcades on the old town seafront.
The swimming pool at Glyne Gap (nr Bexhill)
Head to Battle and go to Yesterdays World museum of Shops
Summerfields Tumblegym (12-3pm, £2.50) on the Ivyhouse Estate, just off the Ridge
Also it's Pirate Day tomorrow (friday) and they are trying to break the record for the most pirates (Penzance stole it off us earlier in the year), so dress up and head for the Old Town where there will be loads going on.
Carnival on saturday.
