Would like to arrange a weekend in Brighton with 18 month dd and dh, stuck for places that are child friendly and stress free anyone have any recommendations? Would ideally like somewhere with inhouse baby monitoring service so husband and I could have some adult time/dinner etc.

how much are you looking to spend?

We have stayed at a fair few places in Brighton but our favourite (with kids) by far was the Travelodge in Brighton - I know that may sound mad but their family rooms are truly ENORMOUS! It was obviously an old block of flats and the family rooms consist of a giant double room and in a small alcove is another small room where the sofa bad/cot can be set up. We put the kids to bed and then were able to watch TV because we were so far up the other end of the room. THey also had a fab buffet breakfast the next day where the kids ate free. We had a brilliant time.

However, if you are looking for something luxurious, it's probably not the place for you!

Thanks, will have a look at their website. Just looking to have a decent break, take dd to Aquarium that sort of thing so did not want to spend a huge amount.
