Things to do in the Montpellier area?

We are going with DCs 11, 8 + 9, in about a month, any other MNs been and can recommend things to do or see?

Staying at Le Lac des Reves Siblu site, so any recent experiences of that would be really helpful too - haven't been to this bit of France before.

Thanks

We've been to Lac des Reves and loved it. Montpellier is great for a day out. Also Palavas les Flottes and the Port at Carnon. Lots of sandy beaches nearby. Luna Park, the aquarium at le grau de roi. Aigues Mortes. A boat trip on the canal du midi. Dinopark near Meze. Cap D'Agde. To be honest, there was so much going on with the kid's club and the pool we never made it out that much. The staff were all lovely.

Montpellier has a fantastic Olympic size swimming pool and water flumes into an adjacent pool. Just ensure all boys in your group are wearing non- shorts swimwear- DH was asked to leave as he was wearing (completely normal for England) baggy shirt style trunks. When he complained they lent him a pair of microscopic nut huggers!!!!!

Have a lovely holiday and drink lots of rose wine!

Thank you everyone, that's really useful. Going to pack this weekend, got the spacebags ready! :)
