August holidays - anyone been to Egypt or Morocco - is it toooooo hot?

We're looking to go away at the end of August - Egypt and Morooco look good value, but is that because they are unbearably hot? Does anyone have any experience?

yes blooming hot anywhere past the south of france i reckon.
Even the french alps is so so hot.... but Africa and Egypt will be a total scorcher.... hope you hav AirCon in your rooms...
Morocco is prob cheap cos its a poor country, so too is Egypt in a way as most of the population are poor, compared to here..

Check out temps on google.... let us know how boiling it will be.
If you dont like the heat you might be better off in UK....where its nice and cool.!

Tried morocco in July, awful! 40degrees plus, couldn't do anything or tour as just too hot. Spolit it really, as been at Easter before and loved it!
