daily disposable contact lenses in hand luggage?

We are hoping to fly on our holidays with only hand luggage, but am now concerned that I will not be allowed to take enough lenses for two weeks in my handbag?

If anyone has any experience of this it would be much appreciated?

Flight is with BMI, btw.

You are allowed 1 bag 8"x8" - will you be able to get the lenses into those??

its fine, i've taken that many through with me. I put them in that plastic bag you have to use. You can have more than one of those bags if you need to as well, if you don't have anough room for toiletries.

Thanks, will calm down, and try to embrace travelling light. Think dh will have to take some make up for me Smile

Calm down! You are allowed to take 8"x8” bag with you in which you get those lenses. But if you are frightening to carry them, instead of bringing them from your place, you can buy them in the destination where you are going to stay. Lots of online shops like www.contactlensheaven.com/shop-by-lens-type-daily-disposables.html can deliver any brand and type of contact lenses in the short span of time to any place. Hence I don’t think you need to worry about that.
