Can you be flexible on dates - maybe go Friday to Friday? Flughts tend to be more expensive at the weekend.

Ok put your basic details into lastminute, then on the results page 'refine' search and add all incl. Sort by price and you get a week in Gran Canaria for £1134 all inclusive from Birmingham on 24 July.

Or go on 20th July for £998!
