Cruising - clock changes - 1 year old

We're heading out of Southampton and round to the Adriatic shortly on P&O Aurora. This is going to involve 2 clock changes.

1 year old (just) DS has just got into a lovely sleep routine of dropping off at 7 and waking between 5 and 6. Has anyone got ANY tips on how to cope with the clock changes. We will be putting him in night nursery while we go to dinner so need to try and get him down at 7 ship time each night. Help!

Yes..... i did it with a perfect gina ford baby.... who slept 7 - 8 always

did it when she was 24 months, 3,4,&5

Quite simply it was SOOO much fun (in kids club) she was worn out.
They do kids tea at 4.30 / 5 i think, so perhaps take him for an exhausting swim first, then tea, then bath and off to night nursery as soon as possible for stories and bed

we did carribean with lots and lots of clock changes, often every night in a row and it really was not as bad as we'd imagined.
